The third Phase for Honkai: Star Rail’s 3.8 update reintroduces some old 5-star Support characters and their signature Light Cones. These Wish Banners are great for players who missed these unit and Light Cones in previous updates especially for those as strong as Aglaea and Sunday. Both of them make for some powerful buffers for any aggressive team in need of buffed DPS. We’ll go over each of the featured Light Cones in each banner and what they do.

🗓️ When Will Honkai: Star Rail’s Phase 3 End?
Phase 3 of the HSR 3.8 update is the final Phase before the next version drops soon. In fact, Phase 3 will be ending on February 12th before introducing the 4.0 update. Version 4.0 is expected to be a huge content drop, so a lot of players are super prepared for it. There’s even already been a ton of leaks for the upcoming Wish Banner characters and Light Cones! If you wanna have an easier time wishing on the Banners for those Light Cones, HSR oneiric shard can be a great option.
For now though, we’re still focused on the current Phase 3 for 3.8. This Banner features a lot of reruns for some fan favorite units. If you like using a lot of Support characters or are missing some in your roster for your team comps, now is a good time to start pulling on these Banners. Otherwise though, you might wanna just save for version 4.0. Either way, feel free to pick up whatever you’re missing in your teams and builds.
⚜️ The Time Woven Into Gold Banner’s Featured Light Cones
Aglaea, out of all the Sub-DPS units in this Phase and arguably out of all the Support characters, is likely the best and most worth pulling out of everybody else. She relies on having a very high Movement Speed to boost her Attack power as a Sub-DPS. While doing so, she can also give out a bunch of aggressive Attack and Critical Hit buffs to her team while having great self-defense.
With her best and featured Light Cone, it dramatically boosts her Movement Speed far more than just through Ascension. Combine having her Speed maxed through Ascending her stats and with this Light Cone, her Attack damage is also maxed out with this synergy. It even boosts her Critical damage output which makes her even more powerful.

🚀 The A Grounded Ascent Banner’s Featured Light Cones
Sunday is a great Support character to have if you typically use teams that hypercarry DPS. He specializes in DPS buffing along with increasing his team’s Critical damage. His Ultimate ability recharges the team’s Energy to increase the chances for more damage coming to the enemy’s way. Also, if your teams have a lot of characters with Summons, Sunday’s kit is very strong when synergizing with him with even more buffs.
Sunday’s best and signature Light Cone that’s featured in this Wish Banner is perfect for increasing damage while limiting how much Energy he needs to use. With every stack gained after using a Skill or Ultimate, which he will be doing a lot, he’ll be buffing his team’s DPS and Energy further too.
