Ramon Salazar, the pint-sized castellan who originally discovered Las Plagas and delivered them to Lord Saddler, is another ridiculous but undoubtedly famous villain.
Salazar is a hybrid between a little kid and an elderly man. He’s unsettling, but not particularly dangerous. To compensate, he has two “Verdugos” — strong insect-like BOWs that are always on the lookout for him.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 was his first appearance (2015)
You may be shocked to discover that Albert Wesker has a sister if you skipped Resident Evil: Revelations on the 3DS and never got around to playing the sequel.
Alex was the sole survivor of Project W, which sought to produce the next stage in human evolution, along with Albert.
Both Wesker children have dedicated their lives to advancing mankind in the most heinous manner imaginable.
Their decisions would ultimately lead to both of them dying terrible deaths at the hands of an RPG rocket.

James Marcus, an Umbrella founder and brilliant researcher who was betrayed and given to his own zombie leeches, is one of the most unique antagonists in Resident Evil history.
The leeches absorbed a portion of Marcus’ consciousness after eating him, resulting in the robed figure we see in Resident Evil 0.
This guy may seem to be innocent and messianic, but he is really a terrifying colony of super-leeches.
Dying and resurrecting as a shape-shifting demon has a mythical air to it, which is heightened by Marcus’ RPG attire.

William Birkin is another troubled Umbrella researcher who has turned into a monster.

She’s obsessed with the notion of having a family of her own – yet she’s still a weapon.
When she takes control of the Bakers, she transforms them into vicious monsters.

When someone mentions “cult leader,” you may think of a contemporary lunatic like Joseph Seed from Far Cry 5, but I like the traditional robe-wearing kind.
Osmund Saddler is my favorite.
This elderly Spaniard infiltrated the brains of important people in RE4’s remote hamlet in order to get access to the enigmatic “Plagas.”
The parasites were then utilized to convert the whole population into mindless slaves.
Despite being a clichéd villain, he dares to assure Leon that he’ll “help him awaken” from his “world of clichés” – only to be beaten by an RPG. Talk about a tired old cliche.
Alexia Ashford is number eight on the list.
Resident Evil: Code Veronica was her first appearance (2000)
Among the RE villains, you’ll discover everything from government officials to shady weapons merchants – and even some European aristocrats.
Alexia Ashford was cloned from the 1st Ashford countess, Veronica, in order to resurrect the brilliant intellect that founded the Ashford dynasty in the first place.
She climbed up the ranks as a virologist due to her exceptional intelligence from an early age, but, like other Resident Evil researchers, she was obsessed by the desire for power.
Her T-Veronica virus successfully merged with this ladylike megalomaniac. She came close to becoming a deity, but was defeated by Wesker and the Redfields.
Jack Krauser, no. 7
Resident Evil 4 was his first appearance (2005)
Despite dying many times at their hands, Krauser is one of those villains you can’t help but like.
In Resident Evil 4, you face this ex-SOCOM twice.
The first is a famous knife battle in which your survival relies on your ability to press the buttons as fast as possible.
The second boss battle is with a mutant Krauser with a gleaming new blade arm, which is a more conventional but equally difficult boss fight.
Krauser’s popularity was such that he was invited back for The Darkside Chronicles, when we finally learned more about this rogue soldier.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard was his first appearance (2017)
The creatures and antagonists in Resident Evil took a dip in the “horror” category after the fourth installment.
RE7 was a return to form for the series, which attempted to put horror back in the spotlight.

If you stay around long enough, you may witness her transform into a gigantic dragon monster. Not quite as appealing, but certainly frightening.

Ada Wong, Leon’s primary love interest and the embodiment of a femme fatale, is another villain who has widespread popularity due to her sex appeal.
Her persona is centered on mystery, so much so that many would hesitate to label her a villain.
We never know who she’s actually working for, and she continues assisting Leon while also obstructing him.
However, it’s difficult to believe Ada has good motives.
She’s constantly in collusion with some bad group or another, and destroying a villain isn’t the same as aiding the competition.

Resident Evil Village was his first appearance (2021)
Shape-shifting demons in human shapes torment mankind for hundreds of years, according to European legend.
There may be some truth to these tales in the world of Resident Evil.
