Type Lumina Roster Melty Blood
Arcueid is a True Ancestor, a vampire who was born into her powers rather than being changed by another. She is a pure-blooded vampire princess. Arcueid is a happy, free-spirited girl in general, but when it comes to vampires, she releases frightening power and furious magic.
Shiki, the oldest son of the prestigious Tohno family, was given (or cursed) with the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception when a childhood accident opened his eyes to a realm beyond his own. Shiki can see black lines along all things, living and inanimate, without his magical glasses, and following those lines with his knife may immediately kill them. While this is a frightening talent to have in everyday life, it does make him particularly equipped to fight the undead.
In Shiki’s absence, Akiha, the Tohno family’s head, embodies the traditional aristocratic woman with elegance, charm, and general unapproachability. She’s a talented spellcaster who can create strong streams of searing magical heat when she’s not in the spotlight. She has a warm place for her estranged brother, despite her initial coldness.
Ciel seems to be a regular high school student at first sight, but she is really a trained Executor for The Holy Church, Europe’s largest religious institution. She has been trained in the art of anti-vampire warfare since she was a child, and she uses an armory of blessed weapons to hunt out supernatural heretics. Curry is also a favorite of hers. Quite a bit.
Hisui, one of the Tohno household’s twin maids, wears a western-style maid uniform and is the most quiet of the two. While not a fighter, Hisui can hold her own utilizing an unusual fighting technique based on cleaning equipment and everyday items. She is said to have a hidden lethal martial skill, but this may simply be a fabrication.
Kohaku, the more cheerful of the two maids, is usually dressed in her traditional Japanese kimono and apron. Kohaku is known for his mischievous streak and his proclivity for playing matchmaker. She uses a sword concealed within her beloved broom, as well as a variety of strange concoctions and bootleg martial arts, in a battle.
Kohaku & Hisui
While the twins can handle a scrape on their own, their skills truly show when they work together, with Hisui wielding metal pans in front and Kohaku throwing explosives from behind.
Kouma is a half-demon and an extremely strong half-demon from the Kishima clan, a Tohnos branch line. His demon blood is so pure that he’s only human in the most figurative sense, with frightening magically increased power. Despite this, he’s a very calm person who lives as a recluse in isolated areas in search of enlightenment. When he becomes sidetracked from that, you know you’ve got a problem.
Shiki’s eldest daughter from the Tohnos’ Arima branch family, who looked after him throughout his youth. Miyako adores her adoptive brother, so when he was summoned back to the original family, she wasn’t keen on the notion of accompanying him home. Despite the fact that she is just 11 years old, she is a superb bajiquan Chinese martial arts practitioner with the sort of explosive power that could knock a grown man off his feet.
Noel, a new teacher at Shiki’s school (and a newbie to this series), is a Holy Church Executor like Ciel, although at a lower level. Her primary weapon is a hefty polearm, and she is also proficient in holy magic. She has a charming personality, which makes her popular among the male pupils. Female students, on the other hand, were less enthusiastic.
Valdamjong, Michael Roa
Roa is a Dead Apostle, a human-turned-vampire who is also very deadly. He was a skilled magus while he was still human, having taken information from numerous spellcasters throughout many lives. He became more powerful and more difficult to kill after being transformed. While he can cast a wide range of spells, his particular favorite is “Numerology,” which allows him to summon tremendous bursts of lightning at whim.
Vlov, another Dead Apostle (and a newbie to the series), was converted while serving as a knight in the Middle Ages. As a result, he takes great pleasure in his feelings of chivalry, duty, and honor, enjoying a good fight but refusing to initiate one until explicitly provoked. Vlov’s undead condition has a peculiar peculiarity in that he needs new blood to keep his body warm, allowing him to conjure fire blasts. Without that heat, his blood turns to ice, and his fire blasts are replaced with icicle storms.
Arcueid Arcueid Arcueid Arcuei
Arcueid, being a True Ancestor, has a lot of vampiric strength under her plain exterior. She would become a catastrophic danger if she ever lost that power. Red Arcueid is a fictional monster that represents the horrors that Arcueid might unleash if she lost her inhibitions.
Artoria Pendragon, often known as King Arthur, was a mythical hero who slew evil with the holy sword Excalibur. Artoria would normally be called by a mage serving as a Saber-class servant in the Holy Grail War, but in the world of Melty Blood, there is no such occurrence, implying that something is wrong. Saber is the mascot of Type-hugely Moon’s popular Fate series, so it’s hardly unexpected that she’d show up as a guest character with her kingly sword in tow.
